This is one of the prints from Beverly’s new “Eyes” series, which launched July 2018. In this mostly cat series, Beverly has left color only in the eyes, to accentuate the mystery and power of these beautiful animals that desperately need our protection.

Beverly Joubert is one of only 14 people selected as a National Geographic Explorer-in-Residence. She has specialized in African photography for 30 years, with images in National Geographic Magazines, 10 books, and thousands of articles around the world.
The authenticity of Beverly's work has been recognized by institutions like the American Academy of Achievement, The World Ecology Award, six Emmy Awards, a Peabody and endless other notable film awards that Beverly and her husband Dereck have collected together. She is a founder of the Big Cats Initiative and sits on the international board of WildAid and regionally on Great Plains Conservation boards in Kenya and Botswana.
Her passion for wildlife is endless. Beverly’s most prestigious and valued accolade is the Presidential Order of Merit given to her by the president of Botswana His Excellency Ian Khama, for her work to enhance the reputation of Botswana via her images.
