The Library of Congress is said to be the largest library in the world, and is the United States' oldest federal cultural institution. Now is your chance to learn about the building, its history, and its collections from an expert! Board Member Heather Wiggins, who is a Supervisory Copyright Specialist there, will personally guide guests through the Library and highlight some of the best reading rooms and hidden gems within the Library. You will have an opportunity (with proper identification) to obtain a reader registration card. Time permitting, you may also visit the Folgers Shakespeare Theatre, which is located behind the Library of Congress. Tour can be personalized toward attendees' interests!
Tour will occur on Saturday, November 3, at 10:00 am rain or shine. Please wear comfortable shoes!
