Bidding from Home
Q: What if I can't attend the event, but still want to participate in the auction?
A: You can still be the winning bidder from anywhere in the world! To bid in the auction without purchasing event tickets, click here to visit the registration page.

Q: What is the difference between purchasing a ticket and registering for the event?
A: A ticket purchase gets you into the event. Registration simply registers you to participate in the auction. You DO NOT need a ticket to register for the auction, but you DO need a ticket to attend the event. 

Registering for the auction
Q: I received a pre-paid ticket from another guest. What do I do now?
A: Make sure that the ticket buyer notified the Development Office of your name, so that you are added to the guest list. If you would like to participate in the night's activities - such as silent auction - make sure you follow the registration link to sign-up.

How to Bid
Q: What do I need to know about bidding in the silent auction?
A: All bidding will be conducted on your smartphone or through an iPad available at the event. Assistants will be present at the auction to facilitate the use of smart phone or iPad bidding, and to answer any questions you may have.

Q: How do I find out if I have been outbid or won an item?
A: You will be notified through a text message and an email if you have been outbid on an item. When the auction closes, you will receive a text message and email alert if you won any items.
