INTRODUCING MOBILE BIDDING
We are going high-tech this year!!! We will be using mobile bidding for a faster, more user-friendly experience. Don’t worry! Bidding volunteers will be in place throughout the night to assist with the bidding process, should you have any questions.
You may place bids directly from your smartphone or mobile device during the event and silent auction. The process is easy and should you need any assistance, volunteers will be available throughout the night.
How it works:
- Register online here.
- Browse the Auction items and choose from the many great items you would like to bid on.
- Place your bid on a selected item, with an option of setting a maximum bid.
- You will be notified on your smartphone if you have been outbid.
- If you are unable to attend, you will still be able to bid on items!! The Silent Auction is be available online NOW
Registering online is the quickest, easiest way to buy tickets or place bids in the auction. This can be done at anytime. Simply click "Sign In" on the top of Above & Beyond event page and click on "Register Now." Enter your name, contact information and payment method. Registering online will also help us provide you with a speedy check-in and check-out at the event.
- Note: Your card will not be charged for anything unless you complete a purchase or win an item on the night of the event. All of your information is securely encrypted and will be erased after the event.

Why the new site and process?
To make the bidding process faster for you, Patient AirLift Services has partnered with 501 Auctions and Stripe to bring our guests a more user-friendly experience. All silent auction bids at this year's event will be captured electronically which allows you to keep track of bids through your phone and enjoy the night better without having to hover over a clipboard.
Why do I need to register?
Registering early saves you time the night of the event and you can bid on the silent auction now or at the event, so the earlier you register, the sooner you can bid. Once registered, you will be able to conveniently bid for Silent Auction items right from your phone. You will only be charged for items for which you are the highest bidder.
Do I have to register if I just want to make a one-time donation/purchase?
Yes. Please rest assured that your information is kept secure. Once the event has ended, all credit card information will be securely erased.
Should my guest and I register separately?
We recommend it. That way you both can get in on the bidding fun!
Can I register the night of the event?
Absolutely! It will only take our check-in staff a few minutes.
How will I use my phone to bid?
Once you check into the event, you will receive a text message guiding you to the items available for bid. Bids can then be placed right on your phone. If you are outbid, you will receive a text message notifying you and how to bid again, if desired. Please note, regular text charges apply.
I don't have a Smart Phone. How will I bid on auction items at the Gala?
At the event, there will be several volunteers available to help you place your bids. Just look for the volunteers walking around holding iPads!
What if my phone battery loses power?
We will have a charging station available to keep your devices charged.
Can I still use cash or check the night of?
Yes! You may use your smart-phone or cash/check to purchase items and raffles at the event.
I paid for my sponsorship using a company card. Must my night-of purchases use that same form of payment?
501 Auctions has made it very easy for our guests to change their payment method at any time. You can do so before the event or when you arrive at check-in.
Is my donation secure?
Absolutely. Patient AirLift Services & our online fundraising partner, Stripe, make the security and confidentiality of your information our highest priority. We use SSL technology to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations. We will not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations..
What shows up on my statement?
The donation you are making today will show up on your credit card statement as Patient AirLift Services. Patient AirLift Services has partnered with a processing service, Stripe, to collect our online donations. Please visit https://stripe.com/help/security to learn more about our donation processing system.
Is my donation tax deductible?
A portion of your ticket/ table purchase may be tax deductible. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S taxes, please keep your email receipt as your official record. You will receive an acknowledgement letter from Patient AirLift Services that will clearly indicate the tax deduction. As always, make sure you consult a qualified tax professional to determine whether, or to what extent, a particular contribution may be deductible.
Do I get a receipt?
A donation receipt will be sent to you at the email address you provide on this site. Please be sure to keep a copy of your receipt for tax purposes.
