Volunteer Job Descriptions:

Event Set Up (4 volunteers):  Pre event set up, lifting, carrying and moving of event production items.  Set up of Merchandising and Auction Items on tables.  Decorations and signage set up.
Hours needed are from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm

Registration (6-8 volunteers):  Assists U.S. Ski & Snowboard Staff and 501 Auctions with check in.  Computer savvy individuals are preferred. This involves using either a laptop or iPad.  Taking guests' information ie. address, email and cell phone # and credit card information. 
Hours needed are from 4 pm to 11 pm

Greeters (2 volunteers):  Greets all guests at the door. Advises guests to go to the coat check and then to registration. Will also advise to have id and cc for guest registration.  End of the night will thank guests for coming and supporting and direct to check out area.

Raffle Sellers/Live & Silent Auction helpers (8):  Four teams of 2 selling raffle tickets, will have to be ipad savvy.  Work with 501 Auctions to push/invite/educate guests to bid at Silent Auction. After raffle you change into Auction spotters, this helps Auctioneer.
Hours needed are from 4 pm to 11 pm

Runner/Gofer (2 volunteers):  Performs various tasks throughout the evening. Will be helping out in any of the above listed volunteering positions. Will be assigned to a U.S. Ski & Snowboard Foundation team member.
