What is the attire?
Cocktail attire is preferred for the evening.
Will there be athletes present?
Yes, many of our 2018 Olympians and Medalists will be in attendance.
Where can I purchase tickets? Do I need to purchase tickets in advance vs at the door?
Yes, you will need to purchase tickets in advance. We anticipate the event selling out. Tickets can be purchased by clicking here
Where does the money that is raised at the event go?
All of the funds raised from this event go to support the athletes of the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Teams in their quest to be the Best in the World. Every bit counts -- our athletes do not receive government funding.

What are my payment options?
Payment can be made through credit card, stock/wires or checks.
Credit card purchases can be made on the website. Visa is the preferred credit card of the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team.

Is my purchase tax deductible?
A major portion of your gift is tax deductible. The non-deductible amount is $300/ticket.
Do I have to be present to win an auction item or raffle prize?
No, you do not have to be present. We will contact all winners after the event. (It’s the best part of our jobs!)
How does the mobile bidding work? Do I need to download an app?
A link will be texted to you the night of the event. There is no app necessary for mobile bidding.
Will my phone number be used anywhere else after the event?
Not at all. Only if the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Foundation needs to contact you will we use your phone number. We do not share contact information with third parties.
How do I find out what is available for auction?

How do I get my purchased items? Where? When?
All items purchased on the night of the event will be available at check out, or can be shipped to you after the event, for an additional fee. We are unable to make any exchanges on auction items.
Without bid sheets, how can the I see what the current bid is?
You will be able to see all auction bids on the leaderboard during the event, and you will receive a text message after you bid if someone outbids you on an item. All bids can be followed on the mobile site.
