The "MARDI GRAS SNOBALLIN' " was assembled in multiple layers. The piece was started with a hand cut wood base, covered with torn brown paper grocery bags. The PONO (Product of New Orleans) "SnowBallin" artwork is sealed into the paper with Yellow, Green and Purple acrylic paint under and over the Background and art.
