Book a one week stay for your family and friends at a fabulous Panama City beach house that has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and a large sun deck. This charming home has 2400 square feet of interior living space and 600 square feet of sun deck. The beach and Rick Seltzer Park are directly across the street. The park has bathrooms, showers, and easy beach access. If you prefer to stay closer to home, simply step out the side door to your own private pool.

Terms and Conditions:
Must book and use the stay before Jan 1, 2017
6 night/7 day stay must be continuous, and can include a weekend.
Booking is subject to availability. Note -- the auction winner should book quickly; as of right now, there are only 7 restricted nights. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s dates are all open and available.
The auction winner must complete a rental application for the 7-day rental with Vacation Home Manager. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required up front to hold the unit; the deposit will be refunded once the guest vacates the property, as long as there is no damage (see additional details below on the security deposit terms and conditions)
The auction winner must pay two non-refundable fees – a cleaning fee of $150 and an inspection fee of $35. These fees are in addition to whatever sum was paid for the winning auction. bid.
Non-smoking only; no pets allowed.
The above security deposit is required to reserve the Property. The deposit will not be applied toward rent but will automatically convert to a damage deposit upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable after departure less any amount required to cover repairs for damages that occur during the Rental Term.
Guest will receive a full refund of the damage deposit provided the following provisions are met:
No damage is done to the Property or its contents beyond normal wear & tear;
All of the inventoried personal property in the home is accounted for and not missing from the Property;
No charges are incurred due to pets, smoking, or other violations of the Rental terms during the stay;
All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in the outside trash container provided;
The patio/balcony are free of debris and furniture is returned to its original place;
One load of linen or towel laundry is started and no linens or towels have been lost or damaged;
Guest vacates the property by 10 a.m., as to not disrupt the housekeeping schedule;
When entering the property, please document all damage that is beyond normal wear and tear by photograph and send to Vacation Home Manager via email within 24 hours of arrival.
"Beyond normal wear and tear" is classified as any gashes or holes larger than your finger nail, any stains that are prevalent on fabrics, broken appliances, etc. This does not include scratches on walls from luggage, wear and tear on pots and pans, or damage from basic usage. Any cleanliness, pest, plumbing, electrical or appliance issues must be reported to Property Manager as soon as Guest becomes aware. Property Manager will resolve issues as quickly as possible to insure the Guest has a pleasant stay.
