You and a guest will be served authentic, regional Italian cooking using seasonal ingredients, as created by two-time nominee for JBF Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic, Amy Brandwein. Menu offerings include items such as handmade pasta, wood-roasted meat and vegetables. Guests have views of an open kitchen with a terracotta-clad wood oven for an immersive dining experience.
