The six-course prix fixe menu at Beast in Portland, Oregon changes every two weeks depending on what is in season, so you never know what you may get on your visit to this produce-driven fine dining restaurant. Chef Naomi Pomeroy, a 2014 JBF Best Chef: Northwest winner and multi-time nominee, serves up delicious menu items such as juniper scented duck leg confit, cherry wood smoked sablefish, and cherry tomato and Dungeness crab.
(Six-course dinner seatings are Wednesday-Saturday at 6pm and 8:45pm, and on Sundays at 7pm. BEAST is a gratuity-free restaurant - Prices are inclusive of service.)
