Private pasta class, 3-course dinner for 12 with wine pairings
Enhance your pasta-making skills in a private class with chef Thomas McNaughton, a three-time JBF Rising Star Chef of the Year nominee for his restaurant, flour + water, in the heart of the Mission District in San Francisco. Twelve guests will practice mixing dough, explore making pasta with a hand-cranked pasta machine, and shaping and filling stuffed pasta. Snack on cheese, charcuterie, and sparkling wine during class, and after you’ve perfected your pasta technique, enjoy a three-course family-style dinner with wine pairings.
