Each session is tailored to the individual, couple, small group or corporate group to help meet your goals. We work together with a specific sequence towards making your desires a reality. Our time together can focus on any or all of the following: -rigorous connection of movement to breath (vinyasa) to make you sweat; -slow flowing movements and self massage to relieve tension, energize, strengthen and open the body; -mindful breathing techniques to improve your overall physical and mental health; -peaceful meditations to help focus your concentration; -discussion of foods, lifestyles and routines to promote optimal health; -yoga postures, breathing techniques and lifestyle tools for the journey of fertility, prenatal & postnatal. All sessions focus on helping you to improve your posture, build strength, tone your body become more flexible and encourage a peaceful mind to have a deeper connection to the real you.
