NOTE: The silent auction items will be available for early bidding the week of the event.
How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started online through this auction page, and then bring your fully charged phone to participate on March 16th. Purchase tickets online at
  1. Register to bid
To expedite your registration at the event, please register with the auction site prior to attending; otherwise, the registration folks will have to help you with that at the door.

  2. Start Bidding
Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, and set a maximum bid if desired, and 501 Auctions will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum.

  3. Keep Active
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items!

  4. Collect Your Winnings
Auction winners are required to make payment and asked to collect their winnings on the night of the event at guest check-out. At this point, you can choose whether you would like to charge your balance to your credit card on file or pay by check or cash. Attendees are free to leave when they wish, but should you win an auction item, please note: your credit card on file will be charged at 12 a.m. on 3/17/2019. We will reach out to you to coordinate your item pick-up.

I’m having trouble placing a bid. Can you help?
To place a bid, select an item and choose “Bid”; the software will automatically display the current bid amount and you will be asked by the pop-up screen to confirm your bid. A second box will appear to let you know if you are currently winning the item. If someone has outbid you, you will be asked to enter in a higher bid.
For easier bidding you can also do the following:
  •  Change the bid amount – you can manually enter any amount that is greater than the “next bid”
  •  Set a maximum bid – So that you don’t risk getting outbid at the last minute, everyone is encouraged to set a max bid. The auction software will automatically raise your bid by a predetermined increment until your maximum bid has been met or the silent auction ends.
  •  Watch Item – add an item to your “My Items” list for easy reference later
Once you have bid on an item, you can keep track of your bids under the "My Items" icon on your phone.
What if I can’t attend on March 16th?
You can still be the winning bidder wherever you are at in the world! To register for bidding without purchasing tickets, click here, and complete the Register and Payment Information on this page.
