Michelle B. Blieberg
Senior Vice President of Talent Mgt and Corporate Human Resources, Time Warner

Recipient of the Richard Adams Leadership Award

Michelle is the Senior Vice President of Talent Management and the Head of Corporate Human Resources at Time Warner Inc. These roles include responsibility for executive development, talent management and succession planning, change management as well as strategic human resource business partnership. Formerly, Michelle was a Managing Director, Head of Global Leadership and Talent Development, and Head of the Business University for the Americas at UBS. She created a full range of leadership, management, and talent development strategies and initiatives for UBS globally from 2004-2011. Offerings ranged from graduate hire programs through to executive leadership and external client education. Many of these programs were recognized with external awards.
Michelle is currently on the Board of FRED and has served on; the Board of ASTD, was Co- Founder of the Wall Street CLO Club and President and Executive Committee member of the Conference Board Learning Council 2007-2011.  She currently resides in Connecticut with her husband, three children and a Maltese dog.  She enjoys cake decorating, art collage and traveling.

Tara and Chris Coleman
Recipient of the Richard Adams Leadership Award

Based in Montauk, NY, Tara and Chris place the utmost importance on family and on being engaged in their community through their work and volunteer activities.  Tara, the daughter of Fiver’s Founder Thomas H. Tucker, and Chris have been supporters of Fiver’s work since the organization’s onset and have witnessed, firsthand, the power of the 10-year commitment to hard working and deserving children.
Tara teaches part-time at a local nursery school and coaches her daughter’s lacrosse team.  She also devotes a lot of her time to volunteer activities at the Montauk School and East Hampton High School where her children attend. Tara enjoys spending downtime at the ocean and hiking with family and friends.
Chris works as a real estate agent for Saunders.  He began his real estate career shortly after the family moved to Montauk in 2005.  Previously Chris worked as a broker on the New York Stock Exchange for ten years.  In his free time, he enjoys surfing and playing basketball with his two children.

Eric Price
Managing Director and Head of NY Financial Solutions Group, CIBC Capital Markets

Recipient of the Richard Adams Leadership Award

Eric Price serves as Vice-Chair and Managing Director at CIBC Capital Markets Inc. (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce) in New York.  Eric previously served as the Head of U.S. Institutional Foreign Exchange Sales at Merrill Lynch &Co and the Head of U.S. FX Distribution at Barclays.  Raised in New York and Boston, Eric has worked in the finance business since 1987 including a six year assignment in London, England.  Eric joined CIBC in 2009 where a ‘culture of care’ led to being a leader for support of NYC children-focused programs.  Eric has twin eight year old sons.

Jasmine M. Fernandez
Chairwoman of Fiver's Alumni Board 

Recipient of the Hazel-Rah Award

Jasmine Fernandez, Fiver alumna from the Class of 2008, is proud to be a native New Yorker, born and raised in East New York, Brooklyn. Her passion for social justice and the arts led her to create a student run organization “Performing for Change” (PFC) blending the arts and personal life stories to address social justice issues. Her work to advance education and the arts have led her to Tanzania, Nicaragua and Haiti, where in particular, she focused on supporting the leadership and self-esteem of girls and young women. She received her B.A. from Fairfield University and her M.S. from the New School. Currently, Jasmine serves as a Policy Advisor, within city government, managing a portfolio centered on racial equity and improving outcomes for marginalized youth including girls and boys of color, overage middle school students, and court involved youth. A recipient of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Vision Award, Jasmine continues to fight for underserved youth and communities of color. On her spare time, when not volunteering with Fiver,  Jasmine serves as the Events Co-Chair for a newly formed political organization she helped to launch - Women of Color for Progress. 

Allessandra P. Mitchell
Programs Chair of Fiver's Alumni Board 

Recipient of the Hazel-Rah Award

Allessandra is a Fiver alumna Class of 2008 and currently serves as the Program Chair for the Alumni Board. Graduating with honors from the City University of New York, Hunter College with a Masters of Education in Bilingual School Counseling, she worked with the NYC Department of Education Pre-K For All Outreach Team, helping families throughout NYC enroll their school age ready children into pre-k programs. Allessandra is a School Counselor for 12th grade students at University Heights High School in the South Bronx.
