Welcome to Mobile Bidding!
 
We are going high-tech again this year by using mobile bidding for a faster, more user-friendly experience.

You may place bids directly from your smartphone or mobile device during the Camper Call and Silent Auction.  The process is easy and should you need any assistance, volunteers will be available throughout the night.

 
So, how does it work?
First: Register online (use the Purchase Tickets tab on the left side of this webpage)
Then: Browse the auction items at the event and decide what you would like!
Then: Place your bid on a selected item, with an option of setting a maximum bid, all through your smartphone device!
- You will be notified on your smartphone if you have been outbid, then you can decide to continue bidding on the item.

Registering online is the quickest, easiest way to buy tickets or to place a bid at the silent auction. Simply click "Sign In" on the top right of the Camp Good Days Wine Auction Dinner event page and click on "Register Now." Enter your name, contact information and payment method.  Registering online will also help us provide you with a speedy check-in and check-out at the event.

- Note: Your card will not be charged for anything unless you complete a purchase or win an item on the night of the event.  All of your information is securely encrypted and will be erased after the event.

 
FAQ

Why are you making this change to mobile bidding?
To make the bidding process faster for you, Camp Good Days has partnered with 501 Auctions and Stripe to bring our guests a more user-friendly experience. All silent auction bids at this year's event will be captured electronically which allows you to keep track of bids through your phone and enjoy the night better without having to hover over a clipboard.

Why should I register before the event?
Registering early saves you time the night of the Wine Auction Dinner.  Once at the Wine Auction Dinner, you will be able to conveniently bid for Silent Auction items right from your phone. You will only be charged for items for which you are the highest bidder.

Should my guest(s) and I register separately?
We highly recommend it. That way you both have your own paddle number and can bid on whatever items you want, wherever you are at the dinner without needing to find your guest(s).

Do I have to register if I just want to make a one-time donation/purchase?
Yes. If you would like to make a secure one-time donation to Camp Good Days and Special Times please go to the Donate Now tab on the left side of this webpage.  Fill out the contact and payment information and click donate. Once the Wine Auction Dinner has ended, all credit card information will be securely erased.

Can I register the night of the event?
Yes you can! It will only take our check-in staff a few minutes to get you registered.

How will I use my phone to bid?
Once you check into the event, you will receive a text message guiding you to the items available for bid. Bids can then be placed right on your phone. If you are outbid, you will receive a text message notifying you and how to bid again, if desired. Please note, regular text charges apply.

I don't have a Smart Phone/I don't feel comfortable using my Smart Phone. How will I bid on auction items at the Wine Auction Dinner?
At the event, there will be several volunteers available to help you place your bids. Just look for the volunteers walking around holding iPads!

Can I still use cash or check the night of?
Yes! You may use your smart-phone or cash/check to purchase items, raffles, build your own case, and camper call donations at the Wine Auction Dinner.

I paid for my sponsorship using a company card. Must my night-of purchases use that same form of payment?
501 Auctions has made it very easy for our guests to change their payment method at any time. You can do so before the event or when you arrive at check-in.

Is my donation secure?
Security is of utmost importance to Camp Good Days & our online fundraising partner, Stripe. We use SSL technology (a Secure Sockets Layer, or encrypted links between web server and browser) to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations. We will not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations..
 
What shows up on my statement?
The donation you are making today will show up on your credit card statement as Camp Good Days.
 
Is my donation tax deductible?
A portion of your ticket/ table purchase may be tax deductible. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S taxes, please keep your email receipt as your official record. You will receive an acknowledgement letter from Camp Good Days that will clearly indicate the tax deduction. As always, make sure you consult a qualified tax professional to determine whether, or to what extent, a particular contribution may be deductible.

Do I get a receipt?
A donation receipt will be sent to you at the email address you provide at the time of registration. Please be sure to keep a copy of your receipt for tax purposes.
