5 day stay in lovely restored farmhouse “Camuzat” in Southwest France + 1 afternoon of guided wine or armagnac tasting + dinner for 2 at nearby “La Table de Cordeliers” restaurant Camuzat is located in the beautiful countryside of SouthWest France on the border of the Gers and Lot et Garonne. The farmhouse is situated on a rise with gently rolling, far-reaching views over the river Baise valley. Notwithstanding the peace of the location, Camuzat is surrounded by a number of unspoilt medieval towns and bastide villages which offer a complete array of attractions and services. The property being offered is a charming 2 bedroom “gite” adjacent to the main farmhouse. It accomodates four people and consists of a large livingroom and kitchen downstairs with indoor dining area and two separate outdoor dining areas. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and both lead on to a large deck with glorious evening sunsets over the Osse valley. There is also a large swimming pool located in the orchard and a beautiful garden.
Camuzat is situated between Nerac (10 minutes to the North) with good shops, boating, cobbled streets and architecture dating back to the reign of Henri IV and Condom, a cathedral town with bustling markets and fabulous dining. The nearest cities with international airports are Bordeaux (90 mins to the Northeast), and Toulouse (90 mins to the southwest).
Must be taken between October 8th 2018 and June 1st 2019 * (*short notice availability may occur for other dates during the 2018-2019 peak season)
