This year’s celebration features a festive night of Hispanic inspired music and dancing, food from top local restaurants, and extravagant entertainment. The Azúcar Ball was recently named “the best dance party in New Orleans” and draws revelers from across the country who attend each year. The program includes a unique silent auction and over-the-top decor. In honor of our city's Tricentennial, the black-tie event’s theme this year is “Una vez en Nueva Orleans” (Once upon a time in New Orleans).

The NOHHF will introduce this year’s prestigious Galvez Cup winner, The Brennan Family, responsible for fostering a culinary tradition that many regard as the epitome of New Orleans fine dining. Each year the award is presented to an outstanding member of our community. The event co-chairs are Rossana Bracho and Gracia-Maria Zaccaro.

The 2018 Azúcar Ball Online Silent Auction will be open for bidding on November 25, 2018.
